Our Gala event scheduled for Saturday, September 12th at the Manchester Country Club is cancelled. We do not believe it is in the best interest of everyone involved to gather during these uncertain times. We are disappointed on many levels but mostly because we will miss out on an evening of love, compassion, generosity and enormous fun with so many wonderful people!

Despite missing out on our largest fundraiser of the year, Friends of Aine continues more than ever in its commitment to support grieving children, teens and families in New Hampshire. We are entering into the Fall with hybrid plans to best meet the needs of those in our support groups, we continue to expand our outreach into different locations in the state, and we continue to work in collaboration with the many amazing child services organizations throughout the region.

We are reminded that 1 in 13 children in NH will experience the death of a parent or sibling before the age of 18. That’s 19,000 bereaved children. By age 25, that number more than doubles. Our mission is clear and more important today than it was yesterday. And that means we still need funds.

If you purchased tickets to the event, we ask you to consider it a gift/donation to the organization. If you were considering an additional donation while at the event, there are still several ways you can help:
·       Joe’s 50/50/50

·       Kids Try-Challenge at

·       Direct online donation to

We recognize this is a big ask and may not be right for everyone – please message me directly at [email protected] if you would prefer a refund in full.

With utmost respect and best wishes for everyone’s health and safety,
David and Christine on behalf of Friends of Aine
