Registration is now open for the Third Annual Friends of Aine Kid’s Try-athlon to be held on Sunday, Aug. 16, 2015 in Bedford, according to a press statement.

The only event of it’s kind in the area, the try-athlon is designed specifically for children ages 4-15 years, in memory of Aine Phillips. Aine died on August 10, 2010.

MERRIMACK — Home Health and Hospice Care of Merrimack recently received a major grant from The Friends of Aine Foundation to benefit the agency’s child bereavement program.

Trustees of the foundation, along with Christine and David Phillips and their daughter, Bella, presented a $25,000 check to Home Health and Hospice Care to help with its bereavement support groups for children.
